Who can become an expert

To be included in the list of experts for the Foundation, scientists who have expressed such a wish should register on the official website of the Foundation (under the heading «We invite experts»). To be eligible as an expert, one has to be a recognized scientist in a relevant field, holding a Ph.D. degree or its equivalent.

To be actually involved in the evaluation of a project submitted to the Foundation for funding, one should have research publications and research experience related to the subject of the project. The expert is personally responsible for the reliability and completeness of their analysis and the tenability of their recommendations in accordance with the requirements of the evaluation procedure.

PLEASE NOTE: Being registered as an expert for the Foundation does not prevent you from participating in a project submitted to the Foundation for funding (either as the principal investigator or as a team member), however, in that case, you can not be involved in the evaluation of any projects within the same competition (call for funding).
