Changes to the composition of the National Council of Ukraine for Science and Technology Development were approved

On July 16, 2025 the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted Directive № 728-р introducing changes to the composition of the National Council of Ukraine for Science and Technology Development.

The main members of the Scientific Committee are:

  1. Stanislav VILCHYNSKII – Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Professor, Head of the Department of Quantum Field Theory and Cosmic Microphysics, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv;
  2. Dmytro Gudkov – Doctor of Biological Sciences, Professor, Head of the Department of Aquatic Radioecology, Institute of Hydrobiology, NAS of Ukraine;
  3. Oleksiy Gumovsky – Doctor of Biological Sciences, Professor, Head of the Department of Entomophagous Systematics and Ecological Foundations of Biomethods, I. I. Shmalhausen Institute of Zoology, NAS of Ukraine;
  4. Olga Yermakova – Doctor of Economics, Professor, Head of the Department of Economic and Ecological Development of Coastal Regions, Institute of Market and Economic and Ecological Research, NAS of Ukraine;
  5. Vitaliy Lytvyn – Doctor of Political Sciences, Professor, Professor of the Department of Political Science, Ivan Franko National University of Lviv;
  6. Oleksiy Merkulov – Doctor of Technical Sciences, Senior Research Fellow, Deputy Director for Scientific Work, Z. I. Nekrasov Institute of Ferrous Metallurgy, NAS of Ukraine;
  7. Natalia Pashkovska – Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor, Head of the Department of Clinical Immunology, Allergology and Endocrinology, Bukovinian State Medical University;
  8. Maksym Pogorelov – Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor, Head of the Centre for Biomedical Research, Sumy State University;
