MATCHMAKING EVENT: Find Your Partners for the Call “Collaborative Researcher Project on Mental Health in Ukraine During and After Wartime”

This matchmaking event is organised within the call «Collaborative Researcher Project on Mental Health in Ukraine During and After Wartime», a joint initiative of the Research Council of Norway (RCN) and the National Research Foundation of Ukraine (NRFU).

Start date: 17 March 07:00 CET
End date: 19 March 23:59 CET

The three-day virtual event will be held on the b2match platform and provides an opportunity for Ukrainian and Norwegian researchers meet, present their ideas, discuss potential areas of collaboration, and hold individual online meetings to form joint project proposals.

How does matchmaking work on the b2match platform?

  1. Register for the event
    Register via the Register button.
  2. Create your profile to showcase who you are and for what are you looking for
    Your profile should describe who you are, what you can offer to potential partners, and who you want to meet.
  3. Browse profiles of attendees
    Go to the participants list to find out who you could meet at the event. Use the filters on the right to narrow down your selection and find the most suitable collaboration partners that match your goals and interests.
  4. Send & receive meeting requests and messages
    Browse participant profiles and send meeting requests to those you want to meet during the event. Send out messages to interesting participants to introduce yourself and initiate conversations even before the event.
  5. My schedule and meetings overview
    Access your meetings in My Schedule or Meetings, where you have your complete schedule for the event, as well as the list of your meetings.

How your data will be processed

By registering for this event, you consent to the Research Council of Norway and b2match processing your data.

b2match acts as data processor on behalf of the Research Council of Norway. Participation is voluntary and the event is public.

Obligatory fields, except email address and password, will be visible to other participants. For more information, see the Research Council of Norway’s Privacy Policy.

Information collected at registration to the B2Match platform:
• Full name
• Email address
• Password

Information the Research Council of Norway collects when you create an event profile:
• Job title
• Organisation
• Country and city

It is also obligatory to include a pitch in your event profile. This could be a short description of your project or what you wish to achieve in the matchmaking event.

The scope of the information provided is voluntary.

Do not share sensitive information unless you consider it necessary.

Additional voluntary information you can add to your event profile:
• Profile picture
• More information about yourself
• Email address and telephone number
• Social media contact

Dear researchers, due to the format of the event, which involves individual meetings and personalized engagement on the platform, participation is limited.

In order to provide equal opportunities for all interested participants, we kindly ask that only one representative per project or research group registers.
