Ukrainian researchers, innovators and other representatives of the research and innovation community are invited to participate in the Horizon Europe Proposal Writing Camp for Ukraine, a three-day online training focused on the preparation of high-quality and competitive project proposals for Horizon Europe calls.
The training will take place on 27, 28 and 31 July 2026 and will be delivered in English.
The programme will focus primarily on collaborative research proposals to be submitted under the 2026–2027 Horizon Europe Work Programmes.
The programme will cover:
- available funding opportunities and relevant calls;
- understanding and decoding call texts;
- structuring and writing a project proposal;
- preparation of work packages and project budgets;
- key aspects of grant management under the Programme.
The training is open to experienced and early-career researchers, including PhD candidates, innovation stakeholders and National Contact Points from Ukraine.
In addition to the three-day camp, individual expert consultations will be available by prior arrangement. These consultations are intended for individual applicants who are developing a specific project proposal and focusing on a particular call or topic under the 2026–2027 Horizon Europe Work Programmes.
The number of participants is limited. Participants will be selected after the registration deadline.
