The National Research Foundation of Ukraine announces two more competitions this year: 2021.02 – “Cutting-edge investigations in mathematical, natural and technical sciences” and 2021.03 – “The human, society and science facing modern challenges: innovative research in the social and humanitarian sphere“.

The purpose of the competition 2021.02 is to finance the best research projects aimed at solving fundamental and topical applied problems of mathematical, natural, technical, biological, agricultural and medical sciences. Thematic areas in which funding will be provided: -fundamental research in the field of mathematical, natural, technical, biological, medical and agricultural sciences; -applied scientific research and scientific and technical (experimental) developments in the field of mathematical, natural, technical, biological, medical and agricultural sciences.

The purpose of the competition 2021.03 is to finance the best collective research projects and developments aimed at increasing the competitiveness of Ukrainian society, the development of human and scientific potential of Ukraine. Subject – competition of collective projects on basic and applied research and development in the areas of research aimed at solving important problems of scientific and technical, socio-economic, socio-political, human and scientific potential to ensure Ukraine’s competitiveness in the world and its sustainable development in the context of global and regional challenges.
