Opportunities for Inviting Ukrainian Researchers to Finland in 2024

Researchers in Finland have the opportunity to secure funding to invite colleagues from Ukraine. The invitee may have already fled from Ukraine to Finland or another country following the attack by russia in 2022. The funding covers the researcher’s stay in Finland for up to 24 months.

The indicative amount of funding: €43,500/year for individual researcher, €57,000/year for researcher with family.

This program is designed to support Ukrainian researchers whose work in Ukraine has been prevented by russia’s attack in 2022. The funding covers relocation and living expenses during the research period in Finland.
