Launch Webinar of the CoARA Experiments in Assessment Idea Catalogue

We are pleased to share information about the public launch webinar of the CoARA Experiments in Assessment Idea Catalogue – CoARA Assessment Idea Catalogue, the main output of the CoARA Working Group “Experiments in Assessment.” This new online platform brings together a variety of potential and already implemented experiments in research assessment and serves as a single source of ideas that can inspire your institution and provide a basis for sharing knowledge and experience with implemented experiments.

Date: April 27

The CoARA Assessment Idea Catalogue has been created as a resource for anyone developing or implementing assessment processes at different levels: from hiring and promotion, to project and research program funding, as well as institutional or national research system evaluations. The platform collects a wide range of experimental ideas that can inspire your institution and support the implementation of innovative approaches in research assessment.

This webinar will provide the opportunity to:

  • learn about the goals and activities of the CoARA Working Group;
  • understand how the Idea Catalogue platform was developed;
  • see how to find ideas, add evidence and experiences, or contribute your own experiments;
  • learn about the next steps and future development of the platform.

For those interested in research assessment innovation, this is a great opportunity to explore and learn from a variety of experimental approaches.
