Dear researchers,

On Tuesday, 2 December 2025, the National Research Foundation of Ukraine (NRFU) and the Dutch Research Council (NWO) will hold an online information session about the “NWO Hop-On Call for Researchers Based in Ukraine 2025”. Those interested in this call, including project leaders of ongoing NWO projects and Ukrainian researchers who are currently based and working in Ukraine are welcome to attend the meeting.

Time: 16:30–17:30 (Kyiv time)

During the information session, NWO and NRFU will present detailed information about the terms and conditions of the call and the application procedure. Topics covered will include the submission conditions, deadline, application procedure and budget. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions. 

Given the international nature of the call, the meeting will be held in English.
