Participation in the NUBiP seminar: strengthening cooperation with the NRFU and meeting with the opportunities of Horizon Europe Programme

The National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine is hosting a three-day training seminar for heads of departments, researchers and teachers from both NUBiP and the network of scientific institutions of the National Academy of Sciences and the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences. The second day of the event, February 1, was devoted to important issues of research and innovation. Olga Polotska, Executive Director of the National Research Foundation of Ukraine, and Igor Taranov, Head of Horizon Europe Office in Ukraine joined the seminar.

The Executive Director of the NRFU told the audience about national grant opportunities for domestic researchers and innovators, in particular, about the types of grant support provided by the Foundation, announced calls and general requirements for future participants.

The Head of Horizon Europe Office in Ukraine presented the European Union Framework Programme for Research and Innovation “Horizon Europe”, which is the largest EU programme for funding research and innovation, its structure, purpose and future opportunities for Ukrainian participants.
