The Second Foreign Investment Congress to Take Place in Kyiv on 15–16 May 2025

The Second Foreign Investment Congress will be held in Kyiv on 15–16 May 2025 — a major international event bringing together representatives of local communities, government institutions, the diplomatic corps, international financial institutions, foreign businesses, and investors.

The National Research Foundation of Ukraine is pleased to join this important initiative that contributes to Ukraine’s economic recovery, the development of international partnerships, the attraction of foreign capital, and the empowerment of Ukrainian communities.

The Congress serves as a permanent communication platform for dialogue and cooperation and aims to:
• establish equal conditions and transparent rules for investors;
• mobilise the private sector to support Ukraine’s reconstruction;
• enhance the competitiveness of regional businesses and preserve human capital;
• support the reintegration of veterans into entrepreneurial ecosystems;
• promote digital solutions and innovative financial instruments.

A key element of the Congress will be the presentation of investment projects from 26 Ukrainian communities — real initiatives aimed at rebuilding and promoting the sustainable development of Ukraine’s regions.

Date: 15–16 May 2025
Venue: Kyiv, Ukraine

For participation inquiries, please contact the event coordinator: Olena Vakulik +380 (44) 238 09 44, events@euconlaw.com
