Crimes of the Russian aggressors against the humanity must be stopped!

During the war against Ukraine, Russian aggressors are committing horrific crimes against humanity that fall directly under the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court. There is no doubt that not only by war criminals from among the direct perpetrators, but also the ever-increasing state leadership of Russia, led by its bloodthirsty dictator must be responsible for this.

Every day, the Russian occupiers use Hail and Hurricane volley fire systems, cluster and vacuum bombs, Caliber missiles and other weapons of mass destruction in the residential areas of Ukrainian cities and towns, causing numerous casualties among civilians, including women, children, and elderly people.

The National Research Foundation of Ukraine appeals to the entire scientific community to raise your voice against Russian war crimes, and to call your governments to take immediate actions to end Russian aggression against Ukraine and punish all perpetrators of crimes against humanity.
