Oleg Baranov has been working on the topic of new technologies for obtaining nanomaterials for more than ten years, cooperating with colleagues from many countries. The project of Kharkiv scientists under his leadership won in the NRFU call and they got a real chance to create a modern laboratory, and not just somewhere, but in Ukraine!
