Horizon Europe Advanced Digital Technologies Brokerage Event, a matchmaking event for Horizon Europe 2027 Digital topics, is taking place on the 21st of October 2026 as a part of the TECHRITORY forum in Atta Centre, Riga.
This event is organised by the Latvian Council of Science and Estonian Research Council and is for researchers, innovators, SMEs, large enterprises, and ecosystem representatives, including those new to Horizon Europe, to:
- Discover the upcoming Horizon Europe Cluster 4 digital calls under the Work Programme 2026/2027
- Receive the latest policy insights from Brussels on the next framework programme
- Learn practical lessons from a successfully funded Cluster 4 AI project
- Interact directly with experienced Horizon Europe evaluators
- Meet potential partners and build consortia through structured matchmaking (1:1 meeting via the b2match platform)
- Telecommunications and Cloud Infrastructure

The event will be held in a hybrid format, combining on-site participation in Riga with fully supported virtual participation. The working language will be English.
Please note that in-person participation is subject to a limited number of places. A quota system is applied to ensure balanced international representation.

Please note that Ukrainian participants are welcome to apply for a travel grant to support their participation in the event under the Travel and Collaboration Grant Scheme to Support Ukraine’s Integration into the ERA, implemented within the ESTERA-UA project and funded by the Estonian Center for International Development (ESTDEV).
